The majority of our work is B2B, but if you’re a member of the public and you have an urgent breakdown scenario, contact us and we’ll advise what’s possible based on availability and location.

Our head office is in the West Midlands and we operate a UK-wide distribution network. We provide delivery and support across the UK mainland, with transport costs calculated based on your postcode and proximity to the nearest hub.

We supply fridge trailers, freezer trailers, modular cold rooms, modular freezer rooms, and emergency refrigeration hire for urgent breakdown or rapid capacity shortfalls. We’ll recommend the most suitable option based on temperature range, access, available space and how quickly you need it deployed.

Chilled storage solutions operate within 0°C to +10°C. Frozen storage solutions operate within 0°C to -20°C.  Temperature is adjustable via the digital controller and commissioning is completed on site by our team.

Yes. Tell us what you’re storing, how much, whether you need chilled or frozen storage, and where you need it positioned. We’ll guide you on the most appropriate solution and the practical site requirements.

Units typically require a 16A single-phase C-form supply. If you’re using a generator, you’ll need a minimum of 6kVA per unit. 13A 3-pin converter leads may be available on request for certain setups.

You must have a suitable power source within 3 metres of the installation position so our team can commission the unit properly on site.

If the correct power isn’t available at the time of installation, our team will be unable to commission the equipment. In this situation you may need to use a third-party refrigeration contractor to complete setup.

Yes. Units can be positioned indoors or outdoors, subject to access and safe installation conditions. If positioned indoors, adequate ventilation is required so expelled warm air can dissipate correctly.

As a guide, allow 1–2 hours to reach the required temperature when the unit is empty. Pull-down time will vary depending on ambient conditions and how the unit is loaded.

Yes. For effective operation, the maximum external temperature is 28°C. If you anticipate hotter conditions, we can advise on positioning and best practice to support performance.

Yes. We provide a nationwide delivery and collection service, using our own teams. Delivery and collection charges are calculated based on your postcode.

No. For insurance purposes, our team must tow refrigerated trailers to site and collect them after the hire.

Refrigerated trailers and modular cold/freezer rooms are not available for self-collection, unless by prior arrangement with one of our management team.  Speak to us about this.

Yes. Trailer units are positioned and commissioned on delivery. Modular cold rooms and freezer rooms include on-site assembly, commissioning, dismantle and collection as part of the service (delivery/collection is charged separately).

Yes, subject to availability. Out-of-hours delivery or collection, though, is likely to incur an additional charge on top of standard delivery and collection charges.

Our sales office operates Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00 (excluding bank holidays). Logistics availability can vary, particularly during peak season.

Yes. All electrical equipment is regularly PAT tested and certified.

Yes. All electrical equipment is supplied with an operating and safety guide, and this can also be made available to review in advance.

Units include features such as lockable doors and internal safety mechanisms (including internal escape functionality where applicable), along with internal lighting.

Yes. We provide 24/7 breakdown support throughout the hire period.

Yes. We can deploy fridge trailers, freezer trailers, cold rooms and freezer rooms as part of an emergency response when fixed systems fail or capacity drops unexpectedly. We’ll advise the quickest and most practical solution for your site and temperature requirement.

Hire is priced on a week’s hire, with preferential rates available for longer-term hires. Quotes are tailored based on your equipment requirements, hire duration and delivery postcode.

No. Website prices are displayed excluding VAT. VAT is added on your quotation.

Submit an online quote request with your requirements and venue/postcode details. We’ll send a quote by email, typically the same working day.

Yes. Your quote email includes a PAY NOW option so you can pay securely to confirm your booking.

Payment is required in full and in advance to secure your booking unless you hold an approved trade account. Your booking is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from our team.

Cancellation charges may apply depending on how much notice is provided. The nearer to the hire start date, the less we may be able to refund because equipment has been reserved. Full terms are set out in our terms and conditions.

Trade accounts may be available for repeat customers. First orders typically require payment before delivery.
